Join us as a Store Delivery Driver and youll be part of delivering exceptional customer service & ensuring our customers receive their deliveries in excellent condition and on time - every time. We have over 300 B&Q Stores our Digital Hub Stores are the largest in the estate and deliver locally to our customers homes. Deliveries in our 3.5 ton vans range from a tin of paint to 30 packs of flooring so youll be comfortable with some heavy lifting & play an important part in helping our customers create a home theyll love. When youre not delivering multi-drop orders to customers homes you will be based on our shopfloor where you will use new technology to fulfil customer orders and support your colleagues where and safety will be vital of course but importantly youll represent our B&Q brand putting customers first everywhere you go. A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get youll feel right at home with us. Youre an organised and analytical thinker and you know how to keep things simple. Well supply the 3.5 ton van training and all the kit youll need to do the job. Youll need a manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1 which covers you to drive up to 3.5T vehicles) that youve held for at least a year with no more than 6 points. Previous experience as a multi-drop delivery driver is useful but not essential. Youre flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends evenings and bank holidays. To keep everybody safe and reassure our customers if youre successful in this role we carry out checks through Experian with the DVLA to verify the information youve given us. As well as this we also do a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service). Any discrepancies will be discussed directly with you. The Youth Justice Service (YJS) is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Caseworker. As part of AfC s Family and Adolescent Directorate the YJS plays a crucial role in diverting children away from the youth justice system preventing offending and re-offending and contributing to multi-agency public protection and safeguarding. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload supporting children young people and families with a range of needs and risks related primarily to offending behavior. This role will involve providing support within the designated geographical area of either Richmond or Kingston. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of children young people and families with diverse needs and risks related to offending behavior., • Work in partnership with children and families to build resilience and sustain positive change., • Implement Signs of Safety trauma-informed identity development and whole family approaches to youth justice., • Experience in managing cases related to offending behavior and court proceedings., • Previous work experience in a Youth Justice service is essential., • Strong understanding of youth justice principles and practices.
