Sales Executive Onboarding & Compliance • Manage the full onboarding process for both umbrella employees and CIS contractors, • Collect, review, and verify all relevant documentation including Right to Work and tax information, • Ensure all onboarding activity aligns with FCSA and HMRC compliance standards, • Clearly explain payroll processes, CIS structures, and statutory entitlements to contractors, • Maintain accurate records across CRM and payroll systems, • Act as a key point of contact for onboarding queries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience Sales Support & Business Development • Support the sales function with lead generation and pipeline development, • Identify and qualify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, databases, and market research, • Conduct outbound activity including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns, • Work towards daily and weekly KPIs around calls, contacts, and lead generation, • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and contractors, • Maintain consistent LinkedIn activity to increase brand visibility and generate inbound interest, • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate and relevant activity, • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities, • Take a proactive approach in supporting revenue growth and new business wins General Duties • Provide wider administrative support to the team where required, • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and efficiencies, • Work collaboratively across departments to deliver a high-quality client and contractor journey About You • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Confident communicator, comfortable with outbound sales activity, • Target-driven with the ability to hit daily activity metrics, • Proactive and commercially aware mindset, • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Experience within payroll, contractor onboarding, or sales support would be advantageous, • Familiar with CRM systems and LinkedIn as a business tool, • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer • Opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business, • Exposure across compliance, payroll, and sales functions, • Clear progression opportunities within a fast-paced environment, • A role offering both structure and commercial responsibility This role is being handled by Sam Palmer - Pearson Whiffin
