Job Title: Project Architect \n Location: London \n Salary: £45-55,000+ DOE \n \n About the company: \n An established multidisciplinary architecture and design consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join its London studio. Specialising in high-quality commercial workplace and office fit-out projects, the practice delivers innovative, technically complex schemes from concept through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for an ARB-registered Architect to take ownership of projects across RIBA Stages 4-6, working within a collaborative team while delivering exceptional design and technical solutions for a diverse client portfolio. Benefits\n\n • Competitive salary\n, • Hybrid working opportunities\n, • Clear career progression within a growing consultancy\n, • Exposure to high-profile commercial workplace projects\n, • Ongoing professional development and training\n, • Collaborative and supportive studio environment\n, • Opportunity to work on technically challenging, design-led projects\nDaily Duties\n\n, • Lead the architectural delivery of commercial office fit-out projects across RIBA Stages 4-6.\n, • Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, Revit models, specifications, and technical documentation.\n, • Produce planning, tender, construction, and record information to a high standard.\n, • Develop technical design solutions in response to client briefs, project budgets and statutory requirements.\n, • Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP and multidisciplinary consultant teams.\n, • Review and incorporate contractor, specialist subcontractor and consultant information into project designs.\n, • Attend client, contractor, consultant, and site meetings, providing professional architectural input.\n, • Respond to RFIs, technical queries and construction-stage design issues.\n, • Carry out site visits, inspections, and surveys, ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent.\n, • Prepare and review schedules, specifications, room data sheets and technical documentation.\n, • Manage the production and issue of drawing packages, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.\n, • Support planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and tender documentation.\n, • Contribute to BIM coordination, clash detection and technical reviews.\n, • Identify design risks, programme issues and coordination challenges, escalating where appropriate.\n, • Mentor and support junior architects, architectural assistants, and technicians.\n, • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery.\nIdeal Candidate\n\n, • ARB registered Architect with a minimum of several + years' UK project experience.\n, • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out or workplace projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.\n, • Excellent working knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work and UK Building Regulations.\n, • Strong technical detailing and construction stage experience.\n, • Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with AutoCAD experience being advantageous.\n, • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and BIM workflows.\n, • Strong understanding of planning processes, statutory approvals, and construction methodologies.\n, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n, • Commercially aware with an understanding of project programmes, fees and resource planning.\n, • Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members.\n, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n, • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality design and technical excellence.\n\n \n To apply, please contact KAZ on OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to
