Human Resources Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership • Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives., • Oversee recruitment for specialized roles in Haematology and Oncology., • Implement onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives., • Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies and practices., • Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment., • Ensure adherence to employment law, GDPR, and pharmaceutical industry standards., • Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs., • Conduct benchmarking and salary reviews to attract and retain talent. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD preferred)., • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within pharma or healthcare., • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices., • Experience supporting commercial and medical teams in a regulated environment., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
