If you’re a Head of Sales looking for a new challenge this role is for you! Nurchr is partnering with a peer-reviewed digital publisher for the healthcare and Pharma Industry. They have built a content community focused on delivering high-quality, peer-reviewed research on the latest pharmaceutical treatments. In this role you’ll lead a high-performing sales team, maximising productivity and achieving KPIs. Provide relentless support to close deals & exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams for exceptional client service & repeat business. Analyse data to improve processes & report to senior management. Manage the sales pipeline & optimise reporting. Key Skills: Delivered consistent sales growth: Led teams to exceed sales targets and established a repeatable, profitable sales process.
B2B sales expertise: Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with high-level contacts, both brand direct and agency.
Strong leader: Values driven, low ego, and a talent for motivating and inspiring teams in a fast-paced environment. Great presentation and organisational skills.
Hands-on approach: Thrives in a collaborative office setting, dedicated to being present and leading by example. Location: London
Salary: £70-80k depending on experience + commission
Office based: 5 days a week
