You will install and maintain first- and second-fix plumbing systems, including hot and cold water pipework, drainage, and service pipework. Responsibilities include: • Installing and routing pipework using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge., • Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and site specifications., • Installing pipes, fittings, and materials in accordance with site safety procedures., • Maintaining accurate records of completed work, materials used, and inspection requirements., • Supporting the installation of MVHR and ASHP systems; experience in these areas is preferred. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or an equivalent qualification., • Valid CSCS card for site access; a Blue Skilled Worker or Gold Advanced Craft card is preferred., • Proven experience in domestic first- and second-fix plumbing., • Own professional tools and reliable transport for travel between sites., • Good knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supplies, drainage, and leak testing., • Ability to read technical drawings, take accurate measurements, and calculate pipe runs., • Ability to carry out physical work and lift materials safely in a building-site environment.
