We are inviting Consultants, Specialty Doctors, and GPs to join Medfellow as Medical Tutors and mentor the next generation of doctors and medical students from abroad in short-term observer opportunities. As a Medical Tutor, you will host an observer (medical student or doctor) and allow them to shadow your clinical activities for a flexible period. The schedule is flexible, and you can adjust your availability throughout the year based on your preferences. - Compensation: Earn a competitive rate per student for hosting a student or doctor. Make a meaningful impact while also generating additional income. Create the opportunity to increase your income by hosting observers and sharing your knowledge. - Flexible Commitment: Choose your own availability and mentor the next generation of doctors on your own terms with manageable hours. It doesn’t need to be the entire week—a few days would be sufficient to fulfill the Mentor requirement. - Support a Cause: Medfellow donates 10% of each observership fee to Varela Santiago Children’s Hospital to help expand its paediatric oncology wing. Our goal is to achieve 1000 observers for funding a new unit for children battling cancer. - Be Honoured: The first 100 doctors who participate as tutors will have their names displayed on a commemorative plaque at the new oncology wing as an honour and commitment to accessible medical education. You’ll also be invited to the opening ceremony to be celebrated for your invaluable contribution. The All Age Disability (0-25) / Learning Disability (25+) service provides a comprehensive and integrated social care pathway for Children and Young People with Disabilities and for adults with Learning Disabilities. The Assistant Practitioner role is assigned cases on a rolling basis to review clients to ensure outcome focused goals are being achieved in order to increase or maintain their independence and wellbeing. To provide support to the Social Workers within the team, aiding them in implementing support plans and supporting service users with achieving their identified goals. Providing interventions as part of the review function for the service; completing strength based review documents and updating outcome focused support planning and take part in safeguarding enquiries as appropriate.

We are a Psychologist and Psychotherapist led team. Role Summary Join our ambitious, growing, and supportive clinical team as a specialist EMDR Therapist treating trauma. In this role, you will primarily provide therapy to clients, attend supervision and training sessions, and contribute to the team's clinical skills growth. Our core ethos is a commitment to collective clinical development in addressing complex psychological difficulties with our engaged and well-resourced client base. We are seeking motivated therapists with or without private practice experience. Work is based at our London Bridge location, with most of the 2.5-day work schedule dedicated to client therapy sessions. We will offer training opportunities and a range of additional benefits over the first year. Person Specification / Requirements Essential: Minimum of 5 years working in psychotherapy roles. Professional, post-graduate level training in a full psychotherapeutic discipline. Full basic training in EMDR (parts 1, 2, and 3). Minimum of 2 years applying EMDR alongside supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills and therapy competencies for working with traumatised individuals. Experience in working adaptively with complex clients. Interest in attachment theory and working with developmental trauma. Willingness to further train with us in both EMDR and developmental trauma. Desired: EMDR Accreditation Some knowledge of personality structure and working with dissociation. Some knowledge of IFS therapy Training or self-study in attachment-based EMDR.
