Key Responsibilities: • Lead our physiotherapy service across three clinic locations., • Develop and implement high-quality treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs., • Oversee clinical operations, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards., • Mentor and support junior physiotherapists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment as the service expands., • Engage with patients, providing expert consultations and maintaining exceptional patient care standards., • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care across our full range of services., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Qualifications: • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution., • Valid HCPC registration, • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practising physiotherapist, with a strong clinical background., • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting., • Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills., • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest industry advancements., • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
