About the Role As a Pizza Chef at Birds Nest Brixton, youll be working with a product were genuinely proud of. Our dough is made in house using a long fermentation process to develop flavour and texture, and our toppings are sourced with quality in mind. Youll be responsible for preparing dough, stretching bases, topping pizzas with precision, and cooking them to perfection during busy services. This is a hands on role in a fast paced, friendly kitchen where teamwork matters and attention to detail is everything.
