Requirements • Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant environment., • A natural motivator with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership., • Confident running busy floor and bar services under pressure., • Must be local to Kew or the surrounding areas for easy travel., • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail., • Holding a Personal Licence is highly desirable (or a willingness to obtain one quickly).
