Electrical Maintenance Engineer| FM Service Provider | Commercial Building Teddington, South West London | Up to £44,700 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading FM service provider based in Teddington, South West London. We are currently recruiting for aMulti-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers for a static, site-based role within a large and prestigious commercial building. The successful candidates will be fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineers, holding a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 qualification, with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical-biased M&E and fabric planned and reactive maintenance as part of a close-knit team of three engineers, working alongside an on-site supervisor. You will be responsible for all landlord services across the building and will be required to demonstrate hands-on knowledge and experience of the following: Electrical • Lighting small installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels and power distribution, • Emergency lighting testing and certification, • Fire alarm testing, • UPS systems monitoring and taking readings, • Pressurisation units, • BMS monitoring hot and cold systemsMechanical & HVAC, • HVAC plant and plant room maintenance, • Air conditioning air handling units and fan coil units (filter changes and cleaning), • Chillers monitoring and resets, • Pumps, motors and cooling tower maintenance, • Water treatment temperature checks (non-dosing)Fabric & General, • Plumbing unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals, etc., • General building fabric maintenance, • Escorting and overseeing sub-contractorsHours of Work, • Monday to Friday | 40-hour week | Overtime available at weekends, • Rotating shifts: 07:0016:00 / 08:0017:00 / 10:0019:00, • No call-out requirementPackage, • Basic salary up to £44,700 per annum, • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, • Birthday off as an additional holiday, • Company pension scheme, • Excellent benefits package, • Internal and external training courses, • Genuine career progression opportunities, • Substantial overtime availableRequirements, • Electrically qualified C&G 2330 / NVQ Level 2 (minimum), Level 3 preferred, • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) essential, • Copies of all trade certificates will be required upon application, • Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Reliable, honest and hardworkingTo apply, please send your CV to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
