Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and general upkeep tasks in residential or commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
General Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting. Appliance Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair basic issues with household or commercial appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and washing machines. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Identify and report safety hazards. Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
