We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and attending events that showcase Collins Earthworks within the agricultural, construction, and local community sectors. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Coordinate, plan, and deliver all events in the company calendar., • Act as the main point of contact for event organisers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders., • Arrange logistics including stand set-up, transport, branding materials, hospitality, and staff requirements., • Ensure all events reflect and promote the Collins Earthworks brand consistently and professionally., • Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager to develop event strategies, campaigns, and post-event evaluations., • Manage stock of promotional items, marketing materials, and branded merchandise., • Provide event reports, including feedback, attendance statistics, and opportunities for improvement., • Support additional marketing activities and projects as required. Requirements: • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence dealing with external partners and the public., • Creativity and attention to detail to ensure events are engaging and impactful., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team., • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software., • Experience managing social media campaigns and using scheduling tools., • Knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management and campaign coordination., • Confidence in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to promote events and share live and scheduled updates., • Ability to create engaging content for promotional materials, event literature, and digital channels.
