Essential Qualifications: Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent. Level 4 teaching qualification or higher (Including IQA award) Recent relevant CPD relating to subject specialism. Essential Experience: Experience of delivery of TAQA/ IQA and AET L3/ 4 qualifications. Curriculum development experience in either TAQA/ AET. Experience of working with multiple organisations to achieve learning aims. An understanding of the National Occupational Standards for assessment A strong grasp of digital technologies and experience of using ICT as an effective teaching tool.
