IT Support Specialist Are you looking to join a fast‑growing, forward‑thinking company where you can develop your technical skills and play a key role in shaping their in‑house IT support function? My client is seeking a hands‑on IT Support Specialist to support 30–50 users across the UK, as well as remote colleagues.. You’ll work closely with our Digital Transformation Manager to support users, manage our Microsoft-based infrastructure, and help evolve the IT systems as we continue to grow. Role: • Installing and configuring hardware and software across the network, • Administering Microsoft 365 (Active Directory, Exchange, Security Groups), • Providing user training and support for core Office 365 applications, • Troubleshooting technical issues across devices, printers, and infrastructure, • Delivering remote support and guiding users through resolutions, • Creating documentation: FAQs, wiki pages, quick-start guides, • Supporting the rollout of new applications and technologies, • Assisting operations with diagnosing issues in Windows laptop images, • Contributing to IT policy development and maintaining Cyber Essentials standards, • Testing, evaluating, and recommending new technologies You: • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail, • Organised, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently, • Experience or qualifications in IT Support / Computer Science / related field, • 2 years in technical support, systems admin, or desktop support, • Experience administering Microsoft/Office 365, • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software, • Experience with Windows OS, Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desirable: • Windows Server, Azure, and VM administration skills, • Knowledge of PowerShell, .NET, Power Platform, HTML/CSS, PHP, JavaScript, • Driving licence and access to a car
