We’re now looking for a Marketing Lead to oversee the planning, delivery, and performance of marketing campaigns and retainers across our client base. Acting as both a strategic advisor to clients and a hands-on manager for the internal creative team, the Marketing Lead will ensure every project is delivered on time, on brand, and on target. What You’ll Be Doing Strategy & Direction • Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with client goals., • Lead discovery sessions to define objectives, audiences, and messaging., • Turn business goals into actionable plans across social, digital, and web., • Stay ahead of trends and best practices to guide creative direction., • Contribute innovative ideas to grow Rollo’s own marketing channels. Team Leadership & Delivery • Support and mentor a small, multi-disciplinary marketing team., • Oversee workload, priorities, and resource planning., • Review and approve creative work to ensure quality and consistency., • Provide feedback and guidance to help the team develop and thrive. Client Management • Act as the main point of contact for key retained clients., • Present reports, results, and next-step recommendations., • Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction., • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Performance & Reporting • Own campaign and retainer performance metrics., • Track engagement, reach, leads, and ROI using analytics tools., • Share insight-led reports to drive ongoing improvement. Process & Efficiency • Champion consistent processes and templates., • Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve delivery., • Support the Directors in scaling Rollo’s marketing operations. Qualifications & Skills • Excellent communication and client management skills., • Strong analytical ability and market insight., • Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies., • Commercial mindset with sales awareness., • Confident leader and collaborator with a proactive approach.
