About the Role\n As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students across the school. Your contributions will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed. \n Additionally, you will lead and supervise our after-school provision, ensuring students enjoy engaging activities in a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable setting. What You'll Be Doing:\n\n • Supporting students in lessons to access learning and make strong progress.\n, • Working alongside teachers to deliver tailored support and reinforce learning.\n, • Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive attitudes towards education.\n, • Supporting students of different ages, abilities, and needs across the school.\n, • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.\n, • Leading and supervising after-school provision from 3:30pm to 6:00pm.\n, • Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.\nWhat You Will Bring:\n\n, • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.\n, • Experience working with primary-aged children.\n, • A knack for building positive and trusting relationships with students and colleagues.\n, • Excellent communication and organizational skills.\n, • Patience, resilience, empathy, and a positive attitude.\n, • A passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.\n, • A commitment to our values of kindness, inclusion, and high expectations.\nAbout Blenheim Schools\n Blenheim Schools is a growing family of innovative, high-quality independent schools dedicated to enabling outstanding futures for every student.
