Work on real ships, not just parts on a bench What You'll Be Doing • You'll be at the heart of the action — fabricating, assembling, and installing key ship components to the highest standards., • Your day-to-day could include:, • Marking off materials, • Building ship structures (shells, decks, bulkheads & more), • Fabricating items like ladders, panels & flooring, • Installing hatches, watertight doors & onboard equipment, • Using machinery for rolling, cutting & forming materials, • Preparing vessels for launch and sea trials, • Docking work, plate prep, pressure testing & fitting What You'll Need, • Ability to read fabrication & installation drawings, • Strong hands-on fabrication and assembly skills, • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, • Solid awareness of safety, health & environmental risks Pay Rates (PAYE) Days:, • Locals: £20.10/hr, • Non-locals: £28.10/hr Nights:, • Locals: £26.73/hr, • Non-locals: £34.73/hr Umbrella rates available (ask for full rate card) What's in It for You?, • Minimum 37 hours per week, • Overtime available (not guaranteed), • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Important Info, • Trade test & security clearance required, • Apply with an up-to-date, task-specific CV and apprenticeship papers and i will call to discuss further Don't just build a career — build ships. xrnqpay Apply now and get stuck in!
