To manage, plan, control and co-ordinate the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 To support the Head of Highways Management in delivering a co-ordinated, planned and effective response to the Highways Authority's duties imposed by the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
