This role is for 80 hours spread over a 4 week rolling rota. You will be supporting a young male adult 1-1 in his own home and out in the community. There is no personal care in this role . It is companionship, managing medical appointments and supporting the individual in his day to day life to make positive decisions. You will be required to support with shopping and cleaning .
