The Wellington Hospital, Endoscopy Unit, London Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, shifts between 7am and 7pm (weekend working also required depending on business needs) Permanent £30,484 per annum + excellent benefits We’re looking for an Endoscopy Admin Coordinator based to join our Endoscopy Unit at The Wellington Hospital. The Administration Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of a clinical or non-clinical department by managing key administrative and organisational tasks. This includes scheduling, rota coordination, documentation management, regulatory reporting, and acting as a first point of contact. The role ensures accurate data handling, compliance with standards, and smooth communication across teams, contributing to the efficiency and overall performance of the department.
