Location: London / Surrey / Sussex/ Kent (South) Company: FIRST Plumbing & Heating-UK Ltd Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role We’re looking for a newly qualified Plumber & Gas Engineer who’s ready to start a hands on career in the plumbing and heating industry. You’ll work with our experienced engineers on boiler installations, central heating systems, repairs, and general plumbing, while also taking on smaller jobs on your own. This role involves driving between job sites and occasional overnight stays when work requires it. Key Responsibilities • Assist experienced engineers with installations, repairs, and servicing., • Carry out smaller remedial plumbing and heating tasks independently., • Work on domestic heating systems, hot water cylinders, and general plumbing., • Travel to customer sites, with some overnight stays as required., • Complete accurate job reports and maintain a professional attitude on every job. Essential Requirements • 21 years or older., • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)., • Gas CCN1 CEN//WAT / MET1 certificates. (min), • Valid G3 Unvented Hot Water and Water Regulations certificates., • Full, clean UK driving licence., • Must have own hand tools., • Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Desirable Experience • Previous on site plumbing or heating experience., • Experience assisting with boiler breakdowns, installations, or servicing.
