Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery Supervise and support a team of nail technicians and beauty staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service at all times Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner Monitor and manage salon inventory, product ordering, and supplier relationships Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding Contribute to marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to attract and retain clients Monitor salon performance and develop strategies for business growth and service improvements Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or nail salon industry Strong knowledge of nail treatments, salon operations, and customer care standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure Good organisational and time management skills Relevant qualifications in beauty or nail technology (preferred but not essential)
