Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. Support in monitoring project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting. Track and manage variations, valuations, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve any commercial issues. Contribute to risk management and value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes and costs. Assist in preparing monthly reports, cost analyses, and progress updates for management and clients. Maintain accurate records of project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
