Description • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment within the facility., • Ensure smooth operation of production machinery to minimise downtime during peak seasons., • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults promptly and effectively., • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and ensure compliance with safety standards., • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain equipment reliability., • Support the team in maintaining operational efficiency during seasonal production periods., • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working on-site. A successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have: • A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related field., • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills., • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices., • Ability to work effectively during both regular and peak operational periods., • Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum., • Day shifts from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with an early finish at 2:00 pm on Fridays., • Seasonal shift patterns (July-September) with 56-hour weeks, including 16 hours at 1.33x pay., • Overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40 per week at 1.33x pay.
