Digital Project Controls Consultant London / UK (Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 from home) Salary: depending upon level and experience £45,000-70,000 + private medical + car or car allowance + additional benefits Our client is an ambitious professional services consultancy, expanding their Digital Project Controls team to help clients transform how they plan, monitor, and deliver programmes and portfolios. This is a client-facing role, supporting major infrastructure and public-sector programmes from inception, helping organisations define what they want to track, how to monitor progress, and which digital tools and platforms to use. The Role You will: • Work with clients at the earliest stage of programmes to understand objectives, outcomes, and reporting needs, • Advise on P3M frameworks and how they can be applied digitally, • Design and implement project controls solutions across cost, schedule, risk, and performance, • Recommend and deploy digital platforms and reporting tools (PPM, scheduling, cost systems, BI dashboards), • Support business change and stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions are adopted effectively, • Act as a trusted advisor across programme and project teams, • At senior levels, support capability growth, mentoring, and team leadership About You We’re looking to speak to professionals with: • Experience in Project Controls consulting or advisory roles, • Strong knowledge of P3M principles and frameworks, • Experience working directly with clients at programme inception, • Familiarity with digital project controls platforms:, • PPM systems, • Scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), • Cost management platforms, • Data visualisation / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), • Ability to translate client needs into practical digital solutions, • Experience on major capital programmes or complex portfolios is highly desirable Why Join • Play a key role in shaping a growing digital controls team, • Work on high-profile infrastructure and public sector programmes, • Clear career progression depending upon level coming in at consultant → Senior Consultant → Associate Director, • Collaborate with a dynamic, innovative, and client-focused team, • Flexible working and UK-wide opportunities Apply now or reach out for a confidential conversation to learn more about this opportunity.
