Programme Coordinator – Perm, £27,000–£32,000, Hybrid, York We have recently partnered with a growing tech organisation, based in York, who are building out a brand new Project Management capability. Within this, they are looking to a recruit a Programme Coordinator, as well as other positions. The Programme Coordinator will be instrumental to supporting the delivery of projects and programmes, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and maintaining project documentation. The role is based in York and is a hybrid role, so 2/3 days in office is the expectation. What we are looking for: • Background in public sector, government funded or non-profit environments, • Experience in project/programme coordination or support roles, • Strong organisation, administration, and communication skills, • Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies, • Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Key responsibilities: • Coordinate project and programme activities, schedules, and meetings, • Maintain documentation (plans, RAID logs, reports, minutes), • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and progress against milestones, • Support reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications, • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and suppliers, • Assist with project closure, audits, and lessons learned This is a great opportunity for a proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to support impactful delivery.
