Mover Essentials Coordinator As a Mover Essentials Coordinator you will be starting in the best place to learn and develop your knowledge and skills ready to progress your career further within the Mover Essentials team. Initially, you will be spending time learning the relevant systems, processes and standards needed on a day-to-day basis. You will also be well placed to learn more about our business and industry. Over time your role and your responsibilities will grow in line with your personal development programme and on the job training, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the expected performance as a fully trained Coordinator. The Role Build relationships with our recommended panel of solicitors Allocating instructed clients to a panel member management of panel Professional email writing Speaking to buyers and sellers over the phone Managing completion of client forms with strict deadlines. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Managing multiple and changing priorities at once. Preparing emails for clients and reports for manager.
