This is a high-performance role with strong earning potential for ambitious individuals who are hungry to build relationships, generate revenue and help scale an exciting early-stage media company. ABOUT US Streetwise Tips is a large-scale community-driven platform built around real-world knowledge, advice, recommendations and life experiences across topics such as money, travel, careers, relationships and consumer experiences. The ModelWise Network is focused on helping aspiring models better understand the modelling industry, avoid financial exploitation and gain greater access to genuine information and opportunities. Alongside subscriptions and media growth, part of our wider mission is helping increase awareness around misleading practices experienced by many newcomers entering the modelling industry. We also encourage voluntary public support and donations from individuals who believe in creating greater transparency, education and protection within the industry. FashMod Podcast is our upcoming podcast and media platform featuring interviews, discussions and guest conversations across fashion, business, modelling, life stories and wider social topics. The business also launches with access to a large existing database of over 300,000 people, giving sponsors and partners the opportunity to position themselves early alongside several fast-growing media brands. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD SALES ROLE We are not looking for someone who simply waits for leads. We are looking for someone: • hungry to succeed, • commercially aggressive, • highly organised, • confident speaking to businesses and decision makers, • capable of generating opportunities from scratch, • excited by growth, deals and revenue generation WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING • Contacting businesses, sponsors and brands regarding partnership opportunities, • Selling sponsorship and advertising packages across multiple media platforms, • Helping secure early-stage brand partnerships and strategic collaborations, • Conducting outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach daily, • Booking sponsor meetings and presentations, • Managing sponsor pipelines and CRM systems, • Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals, • Working closely with management to help grow company revenue, • Helping build long-term sponsor and partner relationships WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING • Early bird sponsorship opportunities, • Podcast sponsorship placements, • Newsletter and database exposure opportunities, • Multi-platform advertising opportunities, • Brand visibility across digital media platforms, • Mission-led campaigns linked to The ModelWise Network SALARY, COMMISSION & TARGETS • £25,000 starting salary during probation, • Rising to £30,000 following successful review, • Realistic OTE: £50,000 – £70,000+, • Commission structure ranging from 2%–7% based on revenue performance Initial company revenue targets: • Approx. £450,000 annual commercial target, • Approx. £37,500 monthly target, • Sponsorship and partnership-focused growth strategy WHAT WE EXPECT This is a KPI-driven role. Expected activity levels include: • 40–60 outbound calls daily, • 40–80 targeted outreach emails daily, • 5–10 sponsor meetings weekly, • Consistent pipeline development and follow-up activity The successful candidate will report directly to the Growth & Operations Manager and will be closely involved in helping shape the commercial growth of the company.
