    We are looking for a focused, organised, and confident Chef de Pass to join our kitchen team. This role is key to keeping service running smoothly. You will manage the pass during busy periods, communicate clearly with both kitchen and Front of House, and make sure every dish leaves the kitchen to the correct standard. Key Responsibilities As Pass Master Chef, you will be responsible for coordinating food during service, including prioritising urgent tickets, managing the flow of dishes, and maintaining strong communication with the kitchen and FOH team. You will also be required to communicate clearly over the radio, confirm allergens accurately, and ensure special requests are handled with care. The role also includes supporting the kitchen team with prep before service and helping with cleaning duties after each shift. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a high level of concentration, and the ability to multitask under pressure. You must be confident working on the pass, able to stay calm during busy service, and capable of making quick decisions when needed. Accuracy is essential, especially when confirming allergens and managing urgent or amended tickets. Requirements Previous kitchen or pass experience is preferred. You must be reliable, organised, punctual, and able to work well as part of a fast-paced team.     About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to lead the Hot Section at our Radio Roof Top venue. You will be responsible for managing the preparation of hot dishes, ensuring that all items are cooked to perfection and presented to the highest standard, while working in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and execution of all hot dishes during service. Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP guidelines. Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control in the Hot Section. Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize workflow and contribute to menu innovation. Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable kitchen, particularly in the Hot Section. Excellent cooking skills and thorough knowledge of various cooking techniques for hot dishes, Asian food experience is a strong advantage Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead by example within the team. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. What We Offer: A competitive hourly rate of around £15 plus tronc.
