    Full Job Description: Trainee Estate Agent Office location: Leeds (With Parking Facility) Starting Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (Plus Add Incentives & Quarterly Bonus’s) Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (No Weekends) Are you ambitious, confident, and eager to build a successful career in property? We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn every aspect of the estate agency business, from valuing and marketing properties to negotiating offers and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. Your role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance on market conditions, and negotiating prices to achieve the best outcome for your clients. This role includes showing prospective buyers and tenants around properties, deal with incoming enquiries and generally contribute to the output of the team. Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you getting and letting properties, as well as encouraging clients to take advantage of our complete portfolio of property services. You’ll receive full training and support from experienced professionals, giving you the tools and knowledge to progress quickly within the company. We are in search for an individual to join our lettings team with no previous experience or skills. Full UK Driving Licence required, and you must have your own car! About the Role As a Residential Support Worker at Spire Assist, you will provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and practical guidance to young people in a residential environment. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, implementing and maintaining personalized care plans, supporting education and independence skills, and helping to create a safe and stable home atmosphere. This role involves direct contact with children and young people who may have experienced trauma or have complex needs. You will be expected to adhere to safeguarding, medication, and data-protection procedures at all times. Key Responsibilities Work with the team to implement and review care plans, behavior support plans, risk assessments, and health plans. Provide person-centered support, including personal care, emotional support, and encouragement with life-skills and routines. Administer medication safely and complete accurate records. Build positive relationships with young people based on trust and consistency, acting as a key worker when needed. Keep accurate written and electronic records, contribute to reports, and attend reviews and meetings. Supervise and support young people on trips, appointments, and community activities; attend meetings with schools, social workers, and healthcare professionals. Participate in training in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and first aid, and maintain mandatory learning. About You — Person Specification We are looking for someone who demonstrates clear, compassionate communication and strong listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Patience, empathy, and resilience are essential when supporting children with complex needs or challenging behavior. Good written skills and basic IT literacy for record-keeping and reporting are required, along with an understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries. Calm, confident de-escalation skills and the ability to follow behavior management plans are crucial. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar residential or supported setting working with children or young people. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK. Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 3 for Residential Childcare or equivalent (or working towards it). Training or experience in trauma-informed practice, autism/ADHD awareness, positive behavior support, and first aid.
