The Role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from procurement through to final account. Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance. Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs from pre-construction through delivery Procurement of subcontract packages Preparing and managing subcontract documentation Valuations, variations, and change control Cost reporting and forecasting Managing interim applications and final accounts Supporting risk and value management processes Liaising with site teams and clients About You We are seeking a commercially astute, proactive professional with experience working for a main contractor.
