💻 3rd Line IT Support Engineer | Up to £45,000 | Hybrid (Bridgend/3 days a week) 🚀 Are you a seasoned 3rd Line IT Engineer ready to take on complex challenges in a dynamic hybrid environment? We're partnering with a rapidly growing MSP looking to strengthen their technical team with a confident, capable 3rd Line Engineer. If you're passionate about solving deep technical issues and enjoy working with the latest tech stack, this could be your next big move. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: • Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line., • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments., • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure SLAs are consistently met., • Maintain detailed documentation and update support queries in real time., • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and documentation. 🛠 Tech You'll Get Hands-On With: • Microsoft Server & Desktop OS, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, • Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), • Hyper-V, VMware (clustered environments), • Sophos (XG firewalls, Central suite), Datto, Veeam, Acronis, • HPE/Aruba Networking, VLANs, routing, MPLS, • Hosted VoIP (e.g. Gamma Horizon) ✅ What We’re Looking For: • Solid 3rd Line support experience in an MSP or fast-paced environment., • Deep knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 ecosystems., • Strong networking experience including VLANs and routing., • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal., • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a wider support function., • Full UK driving license. 🌟 Bonus Points For: • Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications., • Experience with CyberEssentials or on-premise telephony., • Project implementation experience. 🎯 What’s In It For You? • Salary up to £45,000 + on-call allowance, • Hybrid working (Bridgend & Remote), • Fully funded training & certifications (Microsoft, Sophos, Datto, etc.), • Private medical insurance, • All equipment provided (laptop, mobile, monitor, etc.), • Supportive team and clear path for development
