As a Sous Chef you will be reporting to the Head Chef, assisting the brigade in the smooth running of daily weddings & events with operations. Preparation of high quality food ensuring the highest standards are met at all times, in line with company regulations. Being a team player with a flexible nature to be able to assist colleagues and training chefs in the art of Volume banqueting with maintaining the highest quality You will be organising the banqueting section ensuring that all events run smoothly, adequately staffed and quality control on all consumables that leave the kitchen.
