As part of Children, Families and Justice Service, the Throughcare Aftercare team offer support to young people aged 15–26 across Perth and Kinross. We currently have a full-time, permanent Senior Practitioner position within the team. Roles and responsibilities include case responsibility for care experienced young people as well as a supervisory role, managing a small team of senior social care officers/community learning assistants and deputising in the Team Leaders absence. You will be responsible for the production of assessments; pathway plans and representation at multiagency forums. Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this post.
