The Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our food and beverage operation. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving standards, profitability, innovation, and team performance across all dining outlets, events, and hospitality services within the club. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement the F&B strategy in line with the clubs vision and business objectives Lead, inspire, and manage the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team Operations Management Oversee all food and beverage outlets, bar operations, functions, and events Ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation, and member satisfaction Monitor and improve operational efficiency and service delivery Financial Performance Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B department Drive revenue growth through innovative offerings, events, and promotions Control costs, margins, and stock management effectively Member Experience Build strong relationships with members and guests Respond proactively to feedback and continuously enhance the dining experience Ensure a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at all times Compliance & Standards Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all touchpoints About You Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role (ideally within a members club, hotel, or premium hospitality environment) Strong financial and commercial management skills Inspirational leadership style with excellent people management abilities Passion for delivering exceptional service and dining experiences Highly organised with strong problem-solving capabilities Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as required What We Offer Competitive salary package Performance-related bonus Staff meals and club benefits Opportunity to shape and grow a high-quality F&B offering Supportive and professional working environment If you are an ambitious hospitality leader ready to take ownership of a dynamic and evolving food and beverage operation, we would love to hear from you.
