a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} \n Mobile Maintenance OperativeNewport (regional travel required)£30,000 – £35,00040 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:00–16:30)Company vehicle or fuel allowance available \n Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and fast-growing organisation within the property and facilities sector with their search for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative. \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades professional who enjoys varied work, autonomy, and being part of a growing national business with high standards across its sites. \n Day To Day: \n Reporting into the facilities team, you’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings, including storage facilities, office spaces and retail locations. \n Key responsibilities include: \n\n • Carrying out general building repairs including roofing and cladding\n, • Plumbing and fault finding\n, • Joinery, tiling, painting and decorating\n, • Carpeting, paving and drainage works\n, • Grounds maintenance, site clearance and pressure washing\n, • Furniture assembly and removal\n, • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to agreed service levels\n, • You’ll be required to travel between sites and manage your workload independently while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.\n\n What We Would Love to See: \n This role would suit a hands-on maintenance professional with a strong all-round skillset and a proactive approach. \n You’ll ideally have: \n\n • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a property maintenance or building trade role\n, • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating\n, • Experience with roofing and cladding (desirable)\n, • A full UK driving licence\n, • Strong knowledge of health & safety and on-site risk assessments\n, • Confidence using IT systems to log work and record costs\n, • The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team\n, • CSCS certification is desirable but not essential.\n\n And For You: \n\n • Annual salary of up £35,000 DOE\n, • Excellent work–life balance with no weekend working\n, • Company vehicle or mileage allowance (40p per mile)\n, • Your birthday off\n, • Free storage unit for you or your family\n, • Recognition programmes and referral incentives\n, • Free on-site parking\n\n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stability, variety, and long-term progression within a business that genuinely values skilled tradespeople. \n If this sounds like you, apply today and one of our dedicated team will be in touch. \n INDS
