Asbestos Supervisor We are currently looking for an Asbestos Supervisor to join Amianto, part of The Sovini Group. This position is a permanent opportunity As an Asbestos Supervisor, you will be expected to: • Oversee licensed asbestos removal projects primarily across the Northwest of England. The successful candidate will lead site teams, ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and operational quality, • Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken., • Valid UKATA (or equivalent) Asbestos Supervisor Training in date, • Valid Medical Certification compliant with Control of Asbestos Regulations, • Face-Fit Certification (qualitative or quantitative), • Valid CSCS Card, • Extensive experience within the asbestos removal industry, • Proven experience supervising asbestos operatives and managing site teams, • Strong understanding of legislation, HSE requirements, and licensed procedures, • Ability to prepare, review, and follow RAMS and site documentation, • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance, • Full UK driving licence (with towing entitlement, • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email., • First Aid at Work certification, • SSSTS/SMSTS certification, • Additional Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.), • Experience managing projects in commercial, industrial, or high-risk environments, • Competitive salary - £40,573.25, • Hours 40 per week (Monday-Friday)., • Agile working enjoy an agile working approach., • 24 days holiday increasing with service., • Festive shutdown (34 days taken from holiday entitlement), • Fantastic, matched pension contributions up to 8%., • Life Assurance for every colleague, peace of mind ensuring your loved ones are cared for., • Career development through bespoke L&D programmes, • Cycle 2 Work Scheme., • Corporate discount scheme., • Award-winning health & wellbeing support.
