As a Support Worker in one of our specialist children’s residential homes, you’ll be doing more than just providing care – you’ll be helping to shape futures. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Support Worker, you’ll act as a positive role model and trusted adult in a child’s life. You’ll provide emotional support and practical guidance, while also creating a safe and supportive environment.
