Job Summary: As a Hostess/Waitress, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an amazing dining experience from the moment they walk in. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, take orders, and deliver top-notch service with a smile. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude. Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring smooth table turnover. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen. Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally. Provide menu recommendations, including upselling specials and promotions. Handle payments and transactions using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and dining areas. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless dining experience. Requirements: Previous experience as a hostess, waitress, or in a customer-facing role (preferred but not required). Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic personality. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier customer service.
