Applicants will need to be comfortable handling raw meat such as bacon and gammon in a cool environment and working in a very physical role. The rate of pay on fixed morning shifts (5:45am start) and fixed afternoon shifts (2:10pm start) is £12 per hour and hygiene night shifts (10pm to 6am) is £13 per hour.
