We train all employees in the safe use of power tools and ensure everyone is given the correct safety training in manual handling, working at heights and general site safety.Job description:Starting responsibilities consist of cleaning up as work is carried out, learning the basics of roofing from a competent roofer, this will include loading tiles, use of cut-off saw, felt and battening using a gas powered nail gun, basic tiling works.There is no experience required to apply as we believe we can provide the necessary training.Any new starter who show the correct aptitude and a good attitude to work and learn will have the opportunity to be on £13.50 an hour within the first 3 months.Once an employee has learned the basics to a high standard and within a reasonable time frame they are given a further pay rise and the opportunity to carry out more advanced work with more responsibility. There will be further pay rises to match skills learned throughout your advancement.Employees are provided with all relevant PPE and roofing tools required for the job, work vehicles are provided along with all power tools.
