\n Luxury Salon Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator \n \n AMA by Andrea Marino Ltd – Chelsea, London (SW3) \n \n Full-time | Competitive salary | Tuesday–Saturday \n \n At AMA Concept, we create a luxury, highly personalised hair experience for an exceptional clientele in the heart of Chelsea. We are looking for an elegant, highly organised and warm Salon Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator to become the face of our atelier. \n \n This is far more than a front desk role — you will be responsible for creating a seamless, elevated client journey from the moment someone enters the salon to the moment they leave. \n \n The Role \n \n You will be the first impression of AMA and play a key role in ensuring every client receives impeccable service and feels welcomed, cared for and attended to. \n \n Responsibilities \n \n \n • Welcoming clients with warmth, confidence and professionalism\n, • Delivering a luxury client experience from arrival to departure\n, • Managing bookings, diary coordination and appointment confirmations\n, • Checking clients in and out efficiently\n, • Serving refreshments and ensuring clients feel comfortable throughout their visit\n, • Managing phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online bookings\n, • Coordinating stylists’ schedules and ensuring smooth daily operations\n, • Rebooking appointments and encouraging client retention\n, • Supporting retail sales and product recommendations\n, • Maintaining an immaculate front-of-house environment\n, • Handling payments, till reconciliation and daily admin\n \n \n About You \n \n We are looking for someone polished, personable and exceptionally organised. \n \n Essential qualities: \n \n \n • Previous experience in a luxury salon, boutique hospitality, premium clinic, members’ club, luxury retail or front-of-house environment\n, • Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills\n, • Warm, confident and naturally hospitable personality\n, • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail\n, • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment\n, • Strong multitasking skills\n, • Comfortable with booking systems and technology\n, • A genuine passion for beauty, hair and exceptional service\n \n \n Bonus if you have: \n \n \n • Experience with salon software (Fresha, Treatwell, Phorest or similar)\n, • Existing luxury client-facing experience\n, • Strong retail or client relationship skills\n \n \n What We Offer \n \n \n • Opportunity to work within a luxury Chelsea salon environment\n, • Supportive, high-performing team\n, • Career growth opportunities\n, • Competitive salary\n, • Beautiful working environment and premium clientele\n \n
