Liaise with external vendors and service providers when needed. Document IT procedures, asset inventories, and user guides. Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices. Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in IT support, preferably in construction or engineering environments. Knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms. Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical staff. Full UK driving licence (preferred, as site travel is required).
