- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding computer systems, software, and hardware issues. - Coordinate and maintain the IT works that need to be carried out for Cyber Essentials certification. - Installing, configuring & maintaining software and hardware components. - Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. - Follow the agreed standards, legislative requirements, and health & safety protocols in line with UK law. - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. - Provide technical support to IT users related to Leap, Xero, and other software used in the firm. - Maintain IT reports and update the director on commonly occurring issues and recommend solutions to rectify them. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
