- Determine staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements - Handles ad hoc queries across the long leasehold and short leasehold portfolio - Manage lease events such as renewals, liaising with the director - Arrange viewings with potential tenants, draft tenancy agreements, arrange tenancy checks and protection of deposits and become point of contact for the tenant during the tenancy of property - Arrange tradeperson if the property needs any repairs and maintenance - Oversee arrears cases, including covenant amendments and disputes - Manage general upkeep, maintenance and security of the property’s amenities - Make sure that the amenities meet health and safety standards and legal requirements - Examine and assess housing applications, advises on rent levels, investigate complaints and liaise with tenants’ association and social workers to resolve any issues as required - Oversees the support services of a business, such as catering, IT, utilities and physical environment - Advises on energy efficiency of the property standards as required by the law - Discusses client’s requirements and may advise client on the purchase of property and land for further portfolio expansion purposes. - Conduct property viewings on behalf of the client to purchase new properties and look after the process of purchase completion, property refurbishment if needed and furnishing of the property. - Conduct or arrange for surveys of properties including valuation survey and structural survey - Get builder quotes, architects' quotes, solicitor quotes, furnishing quotes - Arrange for project management of the property refurbishments and regularly update the client on progress - Liaise with the building regulation team, planning department at councils, HMO license officers etc. - Maintains or arranges for the maintenance of estate accounts and records and produces financial forecasts

You work closely with In Room Dining, Style, and the Welcome Desk as we know that team work is how we can achieve outstanding service quality for our guests. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This role requires the following responsibilities, which include but are not limited to; Ø Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, making charges for consumed products. Cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Ø Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Ø Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Ø Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ø Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Ø Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Ø Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Ø Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Ø Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Ø Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Ø Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. As per business needs and at the request of direct supervisor and/or management, the talent could be required to perform other tasks outside of those listed above.
