This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced in-house lawyer to take ownership of commercial matters, lead strategic negotiations and work closely with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced technology business. You will have responsibility for a broad range of commercial and strategic legal matters, including: • Acting as the primary lawyer for UK and US commercial matters, • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex SaaS, customer, vendor and partnership agreements, • Leading legal support on strategic commercial deals, • Providing practical advice on contractual, commercial and compliance risks, • Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, • Supporting the resolution of commercial disputes through negotiation or mediation, • Helping the business identify and manage legal risk while supporting continued growth The ideal candidate will have: • Qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales, or another common-law jurisdiction with eligibility to practise in the UK, • At least five years of relevant commercial legal experience, • Previous in-house experience within a technology or SaaS environment, • Strong experience negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements, • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, • Experience within a fast-growth or start-up technology business would be particularly valuable, • Confidence using AI and other digital collaboration tools W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is committed to equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
