We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Junior Litigation & Claims Counsel to join our global Legal team. This full‑time permanent role will support the management of litigation, claims, disputes, investigations, and related risk management initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. • Support the management of litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and other disputes across multiple jurisdictions., • Assist in developing case strategies in collaboration with senior legal counsel and external counsel., • Coordinate fact gathering, document collection, and preservation activities., • Monitor litigation developments, deadlines, budgets, and reporting requirements., • Review briefs, settlement agreements, and other dispute‑related documents., • Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing claims, including customer, vendor, subcontractor, and third‑party claims., • Support claim investigations, root‑cause analyses, and resolution strategies, including coordinating with internal stakeholders., • Assist in assessing claim exposure, reserves, settlement opportunities, and recovery options., • Help develop, implement, and maintain litigation and claims management policies, procedures, and playbooks., • Support compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements., • Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction., • Post‑qualification legal experience, preferably in litigation, disputes, claims, or investigations., • Experience gained at a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency., • Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams., • Preferred: Experience supporting cross‑border disputes or multinational legal matters., • Preferred: Exposure to commercial disputes, construction claims, technology disputes, or regulatory investigations., • Preferred: Experience working with external counsel and litigation budgets., • Preferred: Familiarity with discovery, legal hold, and document management processes., • Additional language capabilities are a plus., • Competitive remuneration and benefits package that includes fixed and variable compensation., • Flexible working time models and mobile working where applicable., • Individual training and professional development opportunities., • Employee advisory program and employee referral scheme., • Paid time‑off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, flexible spending account, and 401(k) retirement plan., • Monthly stipend to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device. Base salary for this position is $151,800 - $155,300. All regular full‑time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
