Associate / Senior Structural Engineer - Leicester - £55-60K (negotiable DOE) We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing Structures team as an Associate / Senior Structural Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable Structural Engineer to work on a diverse range of projects including bespoke new builds, refurbishments, heritage structures and sustainable developments. As an Assocaite / Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technically robust designs from concept through to completion, while supporting and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality structural designs as a Structural Engineer using Eurocodes and British Standards, • Produce calculations, drawings, reports and specifications, • Lead projects and manage programme, cost and sustainability objectives, • Carry out structural surveys and appraisals, • Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors, • Review and support the work of junior engineers and technicians About You • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, • Chartered or working towards IStructE or ICE, • 4+ years’ experience as a Structural Engineer, • Strong technical knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry and timber, • Confident using structural analysis software, • Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer • Competitive salary plus annual profit share, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Private healthcare and pension, • Fully funded CPD, training and professional fees, • Flexible working and a supportive, collaborative culture This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Structural Engineer to progress their career within a respected and award-winning consultancy so please apply if you want join a forward-thinking consultancy delivering exciting, sustainable and technically challenging projects across the Midlands and beyond.
