You’ll be working in fabulous state of the art, modern, open plan offices which are light and bright, with some great facilities, making for a great collaborative, enjoyable working environment where you really feel part of a team. \n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nThe role will involve playing a key part in supporting the law firm’s growth by increasing brand awareness, strengthening the firm’s social media presence and supporting business development activity. \n\nThe role focuses on raising profile, supporting lawyers with visibility and relationship‑building and delivering practical marketing activity.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nPlanning and delivering high‑quality content that promotes the law firm’s expertise, values and culture\nSupporting and encouraging lawyers to build their professional profiles \nMonitoring engagement and adjusting activity to maximise reach and impact\nHelping develop and communicate the firm’s brand story, reinforcing its position as a leading law firm\nIdentifying opportunities to promote the firm through external channels and partnerships including identifying events and networking opportunities for lawyers to attend\nOverseeing website content \nWorking with lawyers to support the creation of news, insights and updates that demonstrate expertise and support SEO objectives\nSupporting client communications with newsletters and targeted updates\nAssisting with marketing activity that supports repeat instructions and cross‑selling\nSupporting with planning and delivering hosted seminars and networking eventsWho we’re looking for:\n\nSuitable candidates will have:\n\nExperience of marketing and business development within a professional services environment (e.g. law firm, estate agents, accountancy, recruitment etc.)\nProficiency in WordPress, Adobe and Canva\nExperience of using social media/content scheduling platforms\nExperience of supporting a law firm with marketing and business development (advantageous but not essential)\nExcellent attention not detail\nGood proof-reading skills\nExperience in content creating\nSound commercial awareness\nThe ability to work collaboratively with lawyers across a range of legal services\nA keen interest in getting involved in business development as well as marketing\nExcellent communication, engagement and influencing skillsWhat’s on offer:\n\nThis is a permanent job offered on a full-time (5 days pw) or part-time (4 days pw) basis. Core working hours are 9:00am to 5:15pm with an hour for lunch.
