You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building strategic relationships and guiding clients through digital transformation. Responsibilities include creating and presenting detailed technology roadmaps during QBRs, driving customer success, and ensuring high NPS scores. Working closely with technical teams and solution specialists, you’ll identify commercial opportunities, gather client feedback, and enhance the customer experience.
